Kala Chautara was an effort to reunite and gather a group of Nepali contemporary artists whose works have been curated and exhibited in Chautara Gallery, Almere, Netherlands. While the curator/ Nepali art promoter Beata Wiggen is here in Kathmandu, this exhibition was also a tribute to her for her continued effort and passion to promote Nepali contemporary art and culture.
The exhibiting artists are: Chirag Bangdel, Asha Dangol, Sarita Dangol, Manish Lal Shrestha, Erina Tamrakar, Pramila Bajracharya, Binod Pradhan, Bidhata KC, Sunila Bajracharya, Ratna Kaji Shakya, Bhairaj Maharjan, Pradip Bajracharya and Saroj Mahato
The exhibition will continue until the next Friday, 22nd April 2016 and all the works are for sale!
