Bikalpa Art Center is an open platform for artists, educators, entrepreneurs and others. We would like to welcome any individual, groups, or organization who has an idea and want to enhance/ put their knowledge into practice. We allow with possible resources, even help find required resources if necessary and help them lead the project and bring it into life.
