The presenter speaks on the evolution of modern art in Nepal outlining some of the prominent artistic figures in the country.
Saroj Bajracharya is an artist and art writer. He has been active in the art field for more than two decades and is actively involved in many facets of art that include painting, writing, teaching, curating and coordinating art events. Various solo exhibitions, group shows and 2 books titled ‘Future of History’ and ‘A Concise Introduction to Nepali Modern Sculpture’ to his credit; his first group show happened in 1994. Since then he has participated in numerous art activities he was selected in the curatorial research program by the National Museum of Contemporary Art in South Korea in the year 2008.
